I value comfort and convenience when I am in the process of planning a trip to Disneyland. Comfort and convenience will help you enjoy the magic and be present in the moment. The items that I prioritize when I pack for my visits to Disneyland are; a water bottle, portable charger, backpack, mini fan, hair tie, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, chapstick, and ziplock bags.

Here is the list of 10 MUST HAVE items for the most comfortable Disneyland trip. You can find them all on Amazon!

1. Water Bottle

With all of the Disney magic in the air, it's easy to forget the importance of staying hydrated. Having a water bottle with you will come in handy. There are many water bottle filling stations around the park so you’ll always have convenient places for you to refill your water bottle.

2. Portable charger

Don’t let your phone die at Disneyland in the middle of your day. Being prepared with a portable phone charger will allow you to continue to use your phone for mobile orders, pictures, and communication throughout your day at the park.

3. Backpack

A small comfortable backpack will be helpful when carrying all the items listed here as well as merchandise and souvenirs you purchase on your trip. Be mindful of the backpack you choose to take with you. If you are going to be carrying it all day, the size of your bag will make a difference in your comfort.

4. Mini Fan

At Disneyland, you will be spending a lot of your time walking and waiting in line. Having a mini fan with you will help you in moments when you need a break or some fresh air.

5. Hair Tie

For my long hair friends, make sure to bring a hair tie or a hair clip with you. Hair ties take up very little space in your bag and you will not regret having them with you. I find myself putting my hair up at Disneyland when it is warm weather and when I go on a thriller ride! It keeps my hair from flying all over the place.

6. Hat

Hats are a great accessory to have when you are at Disneyland. Not only do hats help protect your skin, but they will also help you stay cool.

7. Sunglasses

Like hats, sunglasses are also a great accessory to have when you are at Disney. With sunglasses, you can comfortably enjoy the beautiful views of the park without having a squint all day.

8. Sunscreen

You’ll want to have sunscreen with you throughout your day at Disney to protect your skin and avoid getting sunburned. Packing sunscreen ahead of time will save you money from buying it at the park.

9. Chapstick

I have made the mistake multiple times of not taking chapstick with me to Disneyland. I always end up having to buy one at one of the convenience stores near the parks. Having to plan to stop somewhere for chapstick takes up valuable time. After making the same mistake over and over again, I always make sure to pack one and make it one of my priorities.

10. Reusable Food Storage Bags

Disneyland is filled with an overwhelming amount of food options. You will find yourself wanting to try everything. If you take Ziplock bags with you, you can save the food that you don’t finish.

You will not regret taking any of these items with you on your next trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
